Full Wall Scheduling    This flexible tool will allow you to build rich graphic schedules and track tasks involved from schedule start to finish. Like scribbled sticky notes, each task is placed on the "virtual wall" and can be moved and changed, as schedule factors are determined.



Think of it as sitting all your key players in a room and planning a project along a time line on the wall. By assigning critical dates, players, resources and deliverables to these tasks, the software will translate that "full wall scheduling" process to your PC. It will alert you to upcoming due tasks, and tasks that are falling behind in the schedule. And you can review or edit each task with relative ease. After your schedule is built, the software can generate a fee schedule and financial budgets for use in proposals, project accounting and billing.
