Our latest product is AV7 Expense Reports, which allows your users to submit their expenses on-line, with a work flow chain for approval & collection, without having to re-enter any data into Accounting.



This application includes expense report entry, submission, approval and automated upload of data into Accounts Payable. With flexible setup options for your custom expense types and authorization levels for use, your administrator can virtually build the expense report process required by your firm. Once submitted by employees, expense reports enter an optional approval chain, where managers can approve/reject and ultimately move the data on to the administrative process. And once there, the administrator easily tranlates the data to vouchers - no data re-entry required!
